Terms & Conditions for SMS Messaging
1. Acceptance of Terms
By opting in to receive SMS messages from CT Assist, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not opt-in or use our SMS messaging services.
2. Opt-In and Consent
By providing your phone number and opting into our SMS notifications, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided. You consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS, MMS) from us regarding your job offers, appointment reminders, payroll reminders, and transactional, marketing, and informational messages, offers, and other important notifications from CT Assist. Consent is not required to make any purchase from us. Message frequency may vary, but you can generally expect to receive between 1-5 messages per week.
3. Opt-Out Instructions
Your consent to receive automated texts is entirely voluntary. You may opt-out at any time:
○ To stop receiving messages, reply “STOP,” “END,” “CANCEL,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” or “QUIT” to any SMS message from us.
○ You may also email us at unsubscribe@ct-assist.com with your opt-out request.
After you opt out, you will receive a final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to your number unless you re-enroll.

You may receive SMS messages from us periodically. Message frequency may vary based on the nature of the content and your interaction with us.

Our SMS messages may include but are not limited to job offers, marketing materials, transaction confirmations, order updates, payroll reminders, account notifications, and other relevant information.
