Human Resources and Credentialing Manager

CT Assist seeks a Human Resources and Credentialing Manager. This position oversees the credentialing and onboarding process for healthcare providers and clinicians across the United States including physicians, advanced practice providers, perfusionists, nurses and techs.

• Position type – mid-level, exempt, salaried, full-time

• Schedule: M-F; occasional weekends

• Harrisonburg, VA based position, primarily in office environment

• The ideal candidate brings experience in hospital or healthcare staffing credentialing with skills/experience in:

  • Human Resources processes and procedures

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships 

  • HR/Healthcare systems/credential verifications

  • Learning and utilizing new systems, processes, and business technology platforms

  • Attention to detail and organization

  • Cross-departmental collaboration and communication

  • Managing multiple projects/workflows simultaneously
